When will our so-called leaders wake up to the fact that healthcare is hostage to corporate greed? It's not about health-it's about the money made by corporations. Insurers, pharma, biotech, DME, for-profit hospitals, they are all the same.
Excuse me! They already know that-how else do they get campaign money?
Yes, we need reform, but how can we trust the idiots who have functioned to get us where we are now to do it in the public's best interest? Don't forget the FDA allowing public prescription drug advertising in the 90's-look how prices skyrocketed! Now, look at what we have to pay for. Really, how many more ED commercials can they play after 11pm? Do we really need to see the name of a ED drug emblazoned on a car?
Can't wait for my hand to get well. I'm going to be the anti-Glenn Beck, O'Reilly, and the rest of the nutjobs who think they stand for conservatives. As much as I dislike labels, I would like something to separate me from them.
